The Power Types Workshop

If you have answered yes to any of the above, then this workshop is for you.
This workshop will introduce you to the 5 Power Types, which offer you a different way of thinking and being. You will have the opportunity to fully embody the Power Types - to feel them in your body so they are easily accessible to you as and when you need them. You will learn how to stand in your own power.
We will be looking at The Queen, The Mother, The Warrioress, The Sorceress, The Lover and more!

Set in a beautiful tranquil location. A space to slow down, reconnect and deeply nourish yourself for a few days. There will be yoga, SOMA breath journeys, gut health, nourishing food and the chance to move in a way that allows your body to let go and fully embrace and connect to the power types.

COACHING
1:1 Coaching
This can be a 12-week programme, a 6-week programme or rolling fortnightly sessions. It is a privilege to work with you, trust is developed so changes can be made.
12 WEEK COACHING PROGRAMME
The 12 weeks takes you through a coaching programme that includes the power types and a host of tools and techniques to support your recovery journey. Each session is totally bespoke to your needs at the time. The key though, is how to support your body to get out of the fight and flight mode and into the rest, repair and digest state using a variety of methods. I can also give nutritional tips.
Due to all my knowledge and experience I have a wide range of tools to bring to you depending on your own needs. When I was recovering and being coached the one most valuable gift I was given was being listened to and believed - that is what I also bring to you.
6 WEEK COACHING PROGRAMME
The 6-week programme is again bespoke to what you and your body need to take the next steps on your recovery journey. We discuss what tools and techniques may be appropriate for you and then you get to choose.

Group Coaching
My group coaching workshop over 8 weeks looks at how to look after your energy by using the marble strategy which is in my book From Fatigue to Freedom. It looks at where you might be losing energy in your life and what strategies you can put in place to regain that energy. It is a powerful workshop to help you feel empowered again and back in control.

Group Nutrition Coaching
An 8-week group programme looking at nutritious foods to support your body and energy. Each week looks at a different area around nutrition from hydration and a therapeutic diet to naturopathic techniques. Women have loved this programme because small changes can have a big impact.
