I coach women struggling with fatigue and burnout navigate their own road map to recovery.

I coach women like you recovering from fatigue or burnout to navigate your own road map. I write a bespoke treatment plan for you. It will help you to reconnect mind and body and to learn to truly love and trust your body again when you feel it has let you down.

As a physiotherapist & nutritionist, and having lectured in anatomy and physiology, I understand the human body. But the power is in the mind, and that is where my coaching comes in. I qualified with the One of many® and the ICF and I have numerous tools and techniques to help and guide you.

I do not judge. I just listen and work with you to help you on your recovery journey, whatever that looks like for you, to help you go From Fatigue to Freedom.

My role is to help you reclaim your energy by giving you the tools and strategies you need to heal, grow, and move forward with knowledge and most importantly love.

That’s why I’ve devoted my career now to helping other women go From Fatigue to Freedom.

With over 20 years of experience in healthcare as a physiotherapist and lecturer, then as a nutritionist and having spent years immersed in studying the mind-body connection, I’ve come to appreciate that true healing doesn’t happen in one area of life—it happens when we look at the whole picture.

What I do:

As a chronic fatigue and burnout coach and professional speaker, I work with women and organisations to help them come up with strategies on how regain energy and feel empowered again. I believe in going slow to go far, on being gentle and kind and in celebrating every step of the healing journey. I deliver:

  • Tailored 1:1 coaching to look at specific areas where energy is being impacted.

  • Inspiring keynotes to give ideas and tools on how to make changes when burnt-out or how to prevent burnout.

  • Courses to look at how women can regain or improve their energy in different areas of their lives.

  • Talks to sixth formers on building resilience and the role that nutrition has on energy levels when studying for exams.

  • Running and speaking on retreats on topics such as gut health, mind body connection and emotional release.

Who I work with:

I work with women who are fatigued, who want to improve their energy levels to get back into life and/or work.

I also work with female business owners who want to give support and strategies to their female employees, so they don’t burnout.
