The Power Types

In my coaching and workshops, I use the Power Types to help you to look at a softer way of being, to embrace the feminine aspects of being a woman and what that means. When I crashed the first time I was in full ‘superwoman’ mode. I was pushing and driving myself in all areas of my life with no time to relax to get out of the fight or flight mode, or to connect to myself in a softer gentler way. I was in full Warrioress mode all the time. That was just not sustainable.

What I have learnt through working with One of many®,  and then becoming a qualified coach with them and the IFC, is that I do not need to be in that Warrioress mode all the time - there is another way.

The women I coach now carry out a power type profile to get a score for each of the power types – the Lover, Warrioress, Sorceress, Queen and Mother. We see which power types are under expressed and which are overexpressed.

Most of the women I work with have a low lover score mainly because they put everyone else first before themselves, so don’t get their own needs met and don’t always know that they are. I now know that I put everyone else before me - I was a massive people pleaser, achiever and perfectionist. That was just not sustainable.

I also help women to really embody the power types: to feel them in your body so that when you need them, you can immediately step into them. Our bodies need to feel, to really embrace our thoughts and emotions, and connect with all our senses.

I use a variety of tools that support the power types that I can also bring to the coaching sessions if required.

Power Types Workshop
